Description: SlicR is a simple slicing utility, great for some quick and dirty slicing. It is to be used in conjunction with the included 'SendSlicR~' device. The device enables performers to play slices of live recorded audio (or pre-recorded samples) on the fly.


INSTRUCTIONS :

-> Put a SlicR device on an midi track and a SendSlicR~ device on an audio track.
SendSlicR~ will simply route the audio output of the track it's on to the SlicR instrument
device.

In SlicR :

- Set the desired maximum recording window (in s)
- Set the desired amount of slices
- Set interpolation (on or off)
- Press record (arms track automatically) and make some noise
-> Alternatively, drop an audiofile in the dropzone (.wav or .aiff)






NOTES :

- The device uses 10 buffers, which implies a maximum polyphony of 10 voices.
- All parameters are midi-mappable, allowing an optimised workflow while performing
