| Description: | TupGen is a note generator. Its power lays in the way it handles tuplets. 6 layers, slaved to Live's transport, can be configured separately to spit out up to 16 different kind of tuplets (each), which take place over an adjustable amount of beats. Apart from working with a fixed pitch, each layer holds the possibility to randomize note values. For this function the patch provides parameters such as range and mode to further specify the randomization. TupGen is a great tool for composing irregular beat patterns. For live usage, all parameters have been made mappable. |
