Device Overview

Name/Version: Pluck6 1.1
Author: composingcap
Description: Pluck6 is a physically modeled string synth / sequencer built using a waveguide model. Users can control plucking rate and the rate at which strings change to create isorhythmic patterns and change how the strings are plucked using a classic enveloped noise sample or a custom impulse. Users may also change tuning and finger position of the strings which allows the instrument to produce string harmonics. The synth also has independent panning for each string as well as a basic distortion and echo effect built in.

1.1 - Changed live.adsr~ to adsr~ due to issues with the max version

makes no sound here:(
in Live 11.0.12

I cleaned up some of the files, but do not know if it fixed anything as I am unsure why it is not working. I am on 11.0.12 as well. It does need a midi note input to sound, but I think it is more likely Max for Live is not playing nice for some reason.

this look very cool but unfortunately it's not making any sound for me either.

in Live 10.1.40
Mac: catalina if that helps

I have only tested it on windows (on two machines), so perhaps it is an OS issue. It is also possible there is some weirdness happening with the MC cables- do either of you have the full version of Max 8?

I think the issue has to do with me using objects that became available in Max 8.2. I made a change to get rid of the object I was using so hopefully it will work now.

Working great on Mac Big Sur for me. Love it! Amazing attention to detail and it sounds great. I'll be using this one for sure!

I'm on this.
