Hey Bitman9000, great suggestion. Someone else echoed your thoughts about this feature. I just released v1.0.1 and added a third option to the Sharps/Frets buttons. Now it is a dropdown with three options, the third being the ability to see the number on the fret/fret dot instead of a note name. Cheers!
