dev promises more than they deliver with an absentee support structure 
I have had Solum since last year and it does not allow for any video to be loaded into it.

I sent this to the support email - synropia@gmail.com and it bounces back.

I’ve dug through some videos for the device, upgraded it, tried all sorts of video files but cannot get any video to show in the plugin. 

I’ve owned it for a while but still have not been able to evaluate it. 

Video files do not load.
Folders do not even show a dialog box to pick a folder.
