| Description: | Puts the input sound at the end of a tube with settable length and radius. The tube can be "flanged" (like an opening in a wall) or unflanged (like a didgeridoo) which makes a subtle difference. I've tried to be as physically accurate as I can in the modelling - see notes in the patch. For anyone interested, one of the sub-patches (FIRGen) produces a linear-phase FIR filter with settable gain - you write a patch that takes frequency in and outputs the gain, and it produces the filter. If that doesn't mean much, forget it - hey, it's a tube. |
