Name/Version: | Sustain Pedal Kick Drum 1.0 | ![]() |
Author: | ryan7585 | |
Description: | Simple. Use your sustain pedal to control your kick drum. Enjoy! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: When recording loops on the same track this effect is placed on, you will not see the kick drum hits recorded, but instead the sustain pedal hits, which are translated during playback into kick drum hits. To circumvent this, place the effect on a separate track, then route the midi out from that track into the track on which you'd like to record. This is necessary if you want to be able to edit the beat later in a normal fashion. In performance situations where there is no need to record, or if you do not wish to edit the beat, this step can be skipped. Thanks- -Ryan [wavedesign] |

Brilliant. Making beats more performable. |

Glad you like it! That was the point, to make it easier to play live. I have a drummer friend that wanted to play electronic beats but had a hard time with the bass drum, so I did this. He's playing with it constantly now |
Thanks for making this. Can you help me a bit? I only get one kick when I put this on a midi track in Abelton. It won't play after that. Any idea what's up? |
