It listens to incoming MIDI notes and displays the detected chord name in a large, readable view, alongside the number of notes currently held. The keyboard display highlights the active notes, so you can quickly see how the detected name relates to the notes you are playing. Chord Detector also supports Live's Scale feature. It detects the currently selected scale and shows whether the chord you are playing is inside that scale or outside it. |
