Job Opportunity for Max for Live Developers Sonic Faction (www.SonicFaction.com) is looking for an experienced Max for Live Programmer. Sonic Faction designs instruments for use in Ableton Live. Their first instrument was the EvilFish 303 which included a Max for Live step sequencer patch for use with the Launchpad. It was designed to give users hands-on control over every aspect of the device... note sequencing, cutoff modulation, pattern storage, etc. Sonic Faction is now developing a new generation of instruments and looking for a Max for Live programmer who is familiar with Lives API and knows how build devices that can interface with Launchpad & APC40, as well as iPad (Touch OSC).
The ideal programmer is someone who is in Los Angeles that can work closely with the Sonic Faction at their studios, but working remotely is ok.
