A parametric monophonic step sequencer based on Clarence Barlow's Indispensability algorithm. Still somewhat in progress.

You can type a list of step sizes in time value syntax (4n, 8nd), in the text edit including any integer up to 64, followed by any of the n, nd, or nt suffixes. The horizontal live.slider scrubs through this list.

The entire set of stored indices is stored to a clip's ID, recalled on clip launch.

The live.dial parameters will permutate the sequence, and can be pinned to a particular textedit subdivision index by hitting the store/replace button. This will write all of the device's settings to a preset at the most recently focused OR launched clip's ID.

I love the patterns it generates. Gives a great human feel especially to hihats and such things.

there seem to be a few bugs with the user interface though. sometimes moving the dial's make all the notes go to a low velocity and some other small glitches. but it's really cool

Thanks for the bug report voodooho! I've been working around that output myself actually. . The low velocity bug should only occur on those specific ratios. I feel somewhat motivated to suss out that behavior now.

I've updated the sequencer. Fixed the low velocity case and streamlined the preset workflow.
