Device Overview

Name/Version: Logarithmic Dial 1.0
Author: tomcosm
Description: Logarithmic Dial is a simple device that allows you to change the curve of how a dial in Live works.

You map the parameter you wish to change with the mapping area, then set what kind of curve you would like.

When you move the input dial, the output dial (that gets sent to the parameter) moves accordingly to the curve you selected.

I also think this looks really pretty.

Enjoy :) Feedback welcome!

Very useful (and pretty), thanks !

One (little) weird behaviour on the display: on my machine (Mac 10.11 Live 9.5 Max 7.1) the vertical green line covers the entire display ( => I don't see the curve)

This doesn't prevent the device to work fine though :-)

Another possible improvement maybe: for now it seems to fill the "undo" history with "Live.dial(1)" unless I turn off the device

:-(

Great device. However I notice that having two devices enabled on the same track leads to weird behavior. Changing the curve of one seems to change the other.
